Water Sports Trips

Celebrating 55years (1963-2018)

You are invited to join WWSC for a weekend of boating and water skiing on the California Delta in Stockton. Unlike California’s lakes, the delta remains at (or above) sea level, undoubtedly a bit less brackish than in previous years. Tournament class water ski boats and friendly drivers provide for a FUN experience for experienced water skiers and aqua planers. Boating Hours for this water sports trip are typically: 8:00 AM to no later than 30 minutes prior to sundown on Friday and Saturday, and 8:00 AM to at least 1:30 PM on Sunday. This year due to the huge snow pack which feeds this area, the San Joaquin County office of Emergency Services has imposed some restrictions 2 hours before and 2 hours after high tides. If implemented we will need to adjust our boating hours to maximize use of the Delta during daylight hours.

We will be staying at Turner Cut Resort in Stockton. Tent sites or RV sites (with water/electric hookups) are provided. Tasty breakfasts and gourmet dinners are also included in the price of the trip. The pre-dinner (post Boating Hours) cocktail party is the place to tell your stories of the days accomplishments. Non-Alcoholic alternatives are available. After dinner, bring your chair and gather round for more socializing or head back to your tents for a relaxing evening.

Participation for each trip is limited by the availability of boats, so there is rarely a wait. Don’t be left out of the best summer events that WWSC offers. Sign up early to guarantee your space.

Total payment is due fourteen (14) days prior to departure. (Payments received after this date will be subject to a $25.00 late charge.)
 
CANCELLATION POLICY: Up to fourteen (14) days pior to departure there will be no charge for cancellations. From fourteen (14) days prior to departure, NO REFUND will be made, UNLESS a replacement is found. If a replacement is found, you will receive a full refund less a $25.00 administrative fee.
